Homecoming is on Saturday October 10^th and will be held in the west gym. The dance goes from 7:30pm until 11:30pm. Homecoming is semi-formal. Most girls wear dresses and guys wear their nicest clothes. Some guys wear a tux.  “I went to homecoming last year, and it was the best dance of the year. It’s definitely exciting for the new freshman.” Says sophomore Miryssa Espinoza.

Sometimes it’s hard to think of sweet and creative ways to think of how to ask your date so here are the top 5 ways:

1. Ask with flowers
2. Ask with a cake
3. Ask with a big sign that says “homecoming with me?”
4. Ask with chocolates
5. Hide in a cardboard box and then pop out and ask your date

If none of these ideas interest you then make sure to think of your own way soon. The dance is just right around the corner. Homecoming is a fun way to socialize with friends and have a good time so be sure to attend!
