Varsity Lettering Requirements: Make the Varsity Team
“I’m in” that is the motto for the 2008 Mountain View Varsity Volleyball team. “We are dedicated to the volleyball porogram as a whole with no division between the Frosh, JV, and Varsity teams. We are each others biggest fans!” says Mallory Larranaga, the head volleyball coach. The varsity team is making a turnaraound from last years season, with a count of 7-2. When asked about the requirements for lettering in Volleyball, Larranaga said “the requirements are simple: make the team, make it your team, and make your team better”. The team is definately looking very capable under the leadership of the coaches and the captains, and they are looking at finishing the season strong.
